I have officially met my cap for weight gain. 160lbs. My steady weight for a long time was 145lbs but now I have stepped over the line. I cannot gain more than what I am now.

Now in the past I was a Team Beachbody Coach and used to do drink Shakeology and Exercise with their DVDs like Brazil Butt Lift or Turbo Fire but that was a few years ago.

Plus I have friends, also in Network Marketing who sell weight loss supplements such as Total Life Changes Iaso Tea or Skinny Body Fiber but I am just not interested at the moment.  I was even briefly with Body By Vi Visalus.

Now, in the present I would simply like to eat healthy and exercise to lose appx 30lbs. In high school I weighed 110lbs and was very uncomfortable being that skinny, so uncomfortable that I went to see a nutritionist but after I have had my daughter I have been about 145lbs but even at 145lbs I wanted to lose weight and be around 130-135lbs.

Now as they say weight loss begins in the kitchen so I need to start there such as:

1) Drink lots of water

2) Eat more fruits and veggies

3) No more meals after 7pm

4) Limit Sugar

5) Limit Salt etc

My dream workout though is Insanity and now with BeachBody On Demand makes it available instantly I just dont think I am in the position to do that workout yet. I have always been attracted to Insanity and it has been so popular that they have done spinoffs of the workout.

My problem is overwhelming myself and not doing anything. So I need to start small because I still have my daughter to take care and business to handle at hand.

My plan basically is to eat clean and exercise.
